Worth Engraving
How much is this coin worth?
I have in my possession a commemorative half dollar celebrating the Montana Centennial 1889-1989. It has the Montana state seal on the front and an engraving of the the steamboat "Bertrand" on the back. Does anyone know how much this coin is worth today on the market?
I have serious doubts that this is a coin. Where is the denomination 'half dollar' on the item? Does it say 'United States of America', 'Liberty', 'In God We Trust' and 'E Pluribus Unum' on the item?
If not, then it's not a coin, but some kind of privately-minted commemorative medal. I found nothing for Montana commemoratives except for the 1964 Territory Centennial brass medal that is part of a separate category of numismatic medals called the 'So-called Dollars'. Those, I've seen going in the $50-$75 in mint state 64-65.
Without knowing what you have, I can't say for sure, but unless it's silver, value is probably under $5, and half dollar-sized medal is worth right around $10 just in silver, and perhaps up to double that as a collectible.

How much is this World war 2 Shell worth?
I bought this a long time ago at a flea market. On the shell in Ink it says: AMM.LOT-OOP-1-13-A NORMAL
Then engraved on it it says 75MM. M18 LOT 162 CL/C 1944
Its not the full shell but mainly the bottom circular part thats maybe 3 inches tall and pretty wide. Is there somehow i can find out how much this is worth or where i can sell it?
It sounds like a regular bullet from an m18 but it may be one of the first bullets made for it. id say you should put a picture on ebay but dont say you dont know how much its worth, youll get hussled. ahah just put a pic up someones bound to notice something important or special about it.
