Words Engravings
I want to tell someone I self harm. Help?
A while ago, my doctor put me onto anti-depressant tablets. In my opinion they never really did anything to help, and a short while after I started on them, I began self harming. It made me feel more in control. My thighs/hips are a mess with cuts and various engravings of words and such. I've finally decided I should really tell someone, but I have no idea how. I don't think I can face talking to either of my parents or my doctor about it yet, but I thought one of my close friends might be able to help, if I told her. But, again, I have no idea how to. Any suggestions on how to tell someone about this?

It depends.
You know your family and best friends the best. So, picture yourself in the situation, and try to be as realistic as possible - some parents might immediately panic and call for a doctor or start doing rash things, while others will do their best to help and make you feel more confident about yourself to avoid doing more of it in the future.
Personally, my parents are quite 'ye olde schoole', so I'd have to turn to my friends and explain the problem to them. If they're the comedian sort, the one you have to work with before you get some useful answers, then talk normally but explain very clearly that you have a problem and would like to have their opinion to improve the situation. If they are more firm and strict, practical maybe, they might still understand and try to help you.
After all, they *are* your close friends. Remember that, and don't close yourself in a bubble or a shell. Anti-Depression pills kills your personality, so I'd suggest to try any solution to stop using them (and naturally the problem). Good luck!

Can I fill in engravings on my Classic Army M4?
Hey guys and girls.
I was recently thinking of engraving my own trademarks and a 3 round burst sign onto my Classic Army M4 carbine's receiver. However, the word 'AUTO' is engraved where the three round burst sign would go 'BURST'.
Is there a way I can fill in and smooth over the word without sanding auto on my carbine, so I can then engrave the word 'BURST' or '3' where it was? Like, a material like epoxy to fill the engravings in, and then smooth the top over it?
