AMD Phenom 9850 2.5GHz Socket AM2+ 125W Quad-Core Black Edition Processor?
I have a AMD Phenom 9850 2.5GHz Socket AM2+ 125W Quad-Core Black Edition Processor but it didn't come with a heatsink/fan to go with it. What would be the best choice to go with? Short water cooling being as how I want to stay around the $20-30 range.

I HAVE HEARD THAT IN CASE OF Link of water from liquid cooling pipes the entire system may damage? is it true? if it is true than what's the meaning of this? i have to add water in my system?

you don't need liquid cooling unless your doing some high overclocking....If you are overclocking you could look into the water cooling solution by Corsair...The H50 self contained water cooler that will not leak...
I am running it with a phenom II x4 955 overclocked at 3.9ghz and it keeps it very cool...32c idle and about 48-50c under load.....just install it and forget about it.....And it sells for a good price of 80.00 bux...w/free shipping....
