How do I make myself a better quarterback?
I am in seventh grade and I want to start at quarterback for the eight grade team, I can throw the ball about 35-40 yards with good accuracy and a good spiral. How can I make myself better? I use cutters quarterback gloves as well if that helps at all...

1.Depends on the type of QB you want to be.
Rusher- Stick to a runningback workout, lots of sprints, ladders and ropes. Still practice passing accuracy because all QBs need to throw
Pocket Passer- This type requires perfect accuracy as well as great vision and desicion making, watch films, lots of films, work on that arm, benching, tricep curls, flies, and keep your shoulder loose at all times when practicing.practice quicksteps, such as tires, ropes or hopscotch!
2.workout your arms
work on throwing accuracy
work on sprinting

3.Well if you look at all they great Quarterbacks they all have great throwing form. (feet planted, hips square, non-throwing arm against your side,throwing arm up and pronated at a 90 degree angle.) also all good QBs have this... intelligence you have to be able to think fast and under pressure i use to work on my legs and my midsection more than anything else because all of your throwing power comes from you abs and your hips. you can do some light upper body but its starts to mess with your release if your arms are to bulky (Tom Brady is skin and bones and does just fine getting the ball downfield) You have to have physical skills to play QB yes, but those are kind of a by-product or already being an athlete. Bottom line.........fundamentals and defensive reads and confidence are the most important skills everything else will come with time

where can I get pre cut copper tube or whats the best way to cut it my myself?
I need small pieces of copper tube approx 8mm for making jewellery, and using a hack saw is taking ages as well as not being very precise. I have also tried one of these adjustable tube cutter things which which made made lovely spiral patterns all over the tube but no straight cut!
It would be fantastic if someone knows where I can get copper pipe cut to the right lengths or if not is there a better way of me doing it my self?
I think you need to talk to your local hydraulics company and buy some copper olives, these will save you lots of work.

Save some time… try the curly fries made by McCains… they're pretty darn close… and if you have a frier (rather than oven frying), I'd be they're the same.
