Consumer Pricing Question for online retailers?
Is WH Smiths.co.uk allowed to sell a product at £3 more expensive than the price that is marked on the packaging of the item?
As I understand it, in normal shops, they cannot exceed any marked prices on mackaging but I am not sure if this applies to online retailers
I am feeling slightly ripped off by WH Smiths as my photo albums cost £15.99 and when I received them, they were marked up as £12.99 - this was no sale price - it was on the original packaging label.
Please help with advice.
The price is what they ask for at the check out. All visible prices on packaging or labels are "INVITATIONS TO TREAT" a retailer can charge what they like at the till. You would have agreed a price so that agreed price is the legally binding contract. There is no contract until you accept at the till/checkout. You have 7 days from the day after the item arrives to change your mind. But you have to pay the postage and packaging. Unless it is not what you ordered or is faulty. Example; If you see a Laptop in a shop with a price label of £250 when you go to pay for it at the till they can say its price is £350, not good practice but it is the law. You then decide if you want to pay, they can also refuse to sell it to you.

I think that you have a very flexible team because you have 2 good QB's and 2 great defenses.
here's what I would do...
first, I'd package rivers with baltimore defense and try to pick up stephen jackson or another top 5 back (addai, LJ, gore)
then, I would try to get rid of spare parts including your extra kicker. I'd keep akers and either package nedney with a spare WR for an upgraded backup, or simply release him
