Should I Get Him A Promise Ring?
I'm a toying with the idea of buying my boy a promise ring for his birthday, do you think he owuld appreciate it? I'm looking at getting it engraved as well, on the inside probably.
a) do you think i should get it for him?
b) should i have our names, the date we got together, 'i love you' or something else engraved?
c) if i got one for him, should i get one for myself at the same time so that we have matching ones? if so, should i put my name on his & his name on mine?
d) do you know of any good stores, not overly expensive, with men's promise rings? I'm in SA, Australia.
e) anything else i've forgotten?
I'm eighteen, and he's turning nineteen, so we're too young to think of marriage or engagement, hence the promise ring. However, we've been best mates since we were thirteen, and have been dating for about 5months.
I think it sounds like a very sweet idea, and although you have known each other for a long time, you haven't been together as a couple that long... You might want to look into another sentimental gift that isn't such a big commitment like a promise ring. Maybe a watch engraved in the back? Or some type of dog tag necklace with your guys' initials or anniversary date engraved. Hope I helped, good luck.

Another ancient tomb in the Lost Desert has the following grid of letters engraved on the tomb door:

If the correct letters are engraved on the tomb door, it will open. However, the last column of letters is missing
If you figure out what the missing letters are and read down the last column of letters, what will it spell? For example, if the last column's letters were A, B, C, D, E, and F, you would submit "ABCDEF".
So basically wat word does the missing letters spell?

Convert all letters to numbers, example A=1 B=2 C=3
After doing that find the patterns in the first row it adds 8, but when you get to 26 you have to start again at 1, like 24 = 5 wouldn't be 29, it'd be 3, because once you get to 26 you can't go to 27 because thats not a letter, you get it? Once you have the numbers convert back into letters
