Where to buy a voltage controller / power supply?
I need to buy a voltage controller that would be controlled by a PLC (0-10V output) that could be told to output between 0-120 AC volts. Anyone know of a company that makes something like that?

I play games (SNES PS1) maybe a few times a week for a couple hours with a USB controller.
I have a LightOn DVD Burner.
I use a webcam sometimes.
But its not like I use everything at once.
I have 3 PCI slots , 1 with the soundcard , 1 with a FAX card ,1 is available .
Should I remove the FAX card ?I never use it , by it being plugged in the PCI is it using power ?
I read that Dell power supplies can handle more than they say.
And my Memory is DDR , the Graphics Card is DDR2 .The graphics card DDR2 works by itself , right ?
You will be limited to your choice of graphics cards with only 200 watts available. You will be even more limited with the PCI slot. This bus will bottleneck any newer card at only 33mhz. It will be like draining a reservoir with a garden hose. It wont matter how fast the card is or how much memory is on the card. The bus will choke it.
You system memory and graphics memory are totally independent of each other,
