Lift Cut
I need a new hair cut... lift? Layers?
I have long hair and love having it... I need something with a bit more lift... any suggestions... I also need to figure out a good band. mine are grown out... any suggestions? Pics would be nice. I'm out of ideas.
Heres a pic.. i'm sure its easiest to just see my face for suggestions.
This is the most recent i could find... its a bit longer now and has natural wave in it. It takes awhile to get it this tame and need something new.

You could get a bob done to your hair, that would look cute. You can always wear your hair with barrettes, ponytails or braid the hair would look very cute. Good luck with your hair.

just leave them in the ground the tops will die back and the re grow in spring and they will be bigger also its worth taking the dead flower heads of as they die through the summer and it will produce more flower heads and last longer
Not sure what to tell you. Only thing I can suggest is that you ask your doctor to write you a note for work that you cannot lift anything heavy, climb ladders, or anything that is uncomfortable or even harmful for you. I had to do that for where I work, but my job requested it. Where I work they started to "ground" me from doing anything that I could get hurt doing before they asked me to get a Dr. note. Also, have your doc add that you must have someone else working with you so you don't have to lift anything heavy. Good Luck and I hope everything works out for the best!
