good video editing freeware for vista?

i am a you tube addictit and i have seen great videos with awesome effects like explosions, laser beams, the star trek teleaportation ect. but, i researched and found out most of them are done on iMacs, but i have the mestup vista, so i am kida wondering any good freeware. another key thing is splitscreens, with multiple videos at 1ce, also like making it so it's you video, but you have a video game thing surronding you, like ammo, health and stuff from like halo or COD4. so yeah, free ware please;)

IPL and VelaShape Eliminate the Need for Plastic Surgery and Liposuction

The subsequent tumescent technique, which was supposed to be an improvement, uses local anesthesia and a three millimeter cannula with holes punched in the skin for post-operative drainage. It is still quite invasive.
