Laser Engraving Wanted

How much should i sell my 160 GB iPod Classic for?

I brought a 160 gb iPod Classic last year in march.
It's silver, and it has laser engraving on the back.
it says "Happy Birthday Anna". It has a few scuffs.

It would come with the USB cable and a clear casing.
The case is very scratched on the back.

I brought it for NZ$550.

And i want to sell it because I am getting an iPod Touch.

Anyone know?

That's the max if anyone is going to want to buy it.
With lots of scratches on it and an engraving on it. people don't want things like that.

The Great iPod Engraving Dilemma

iPod Nano AppleCare Protection Plan question?

I bought an ipod back during the summer and want to get the plan sometime in January. My question is will January be too late? And also, does Apple plan on stopping the laser engraving service anytime?

I'm pretty sure you can purchase the protection plan anytime within the first year. As long as I can remember there being an iPod, Apple has done the engraving. I don't expect they'll stop anytime soon. As far as I know though, that has to be done at time of purchase. Check at Apple.com or 1-800-MY-APPLE.
