i want to know HOW lasers cut the steel.. and wat else lasers are used for for industrial things

Lasers cut through metal by heating a specific area of the surface too quickly for the heat to spread and diffuse. The metal becomes very hot and eventually starts to melt.

i want a small laser cutter for cutting of hard granite stone with the depth of 3 to 4 inches.that laser must be carry bull in a bag.

Lasers are not too practical for cutting stone, you'd require at least several hundred watts, a CO2 laser of this power would have a liquid-cooled tube a half-dozen meters long or so and requires several dozen kilowatts of input.

Granite is normally cut with diamond-edged tooling, much cheaper,smaller, and more practical.
