1980's (i think) anti-road rage, in-car, dash-board sound effect machine?

does anyone remember the name, or where to get a hold of, one of those little plastic consoles, which you press 3 different buttons for sound effects for anti-road rage? there was 1 for a machine gun, 1 for a laser and 1 for a bomb i think.
if someone cut you up, you just smiled to yourself as you imagined machine gunning, or lasering them and even if they were 2 or 3 cars ahead, you could still fire a bomb to hit them.
