Laser Cutting Metal Machines

What is the effect of temperature of metal cutting if it's to be machined/cut by laser machning?

Whether material temperature high or low improves quality of cutting?
Whether it has some impact on power requirement?

The main effect of heating or cooling of the object to be machined is going to appear as the overall speed of the machining process.

The overall energy requirement of the laser cutter over time will be lowered, but the overall energy required will be increased.... but with fewer hours of operation of the laser, you can stand to save on maintenece of the machine itself.

You must take into consideration the effect heat plays on metals in terms of shrinking/expanding. You cannot heat a part, machine it, then cool it back down and expect it to remain the same dimensions. You can, however, compensate for the change in dimensions based on the physical properties of your specific metal.

dont listen to the above ones, you may only use 1 Cyber Dragon, so keep the proto cybers.

you may want Jinzo, and get rid of helping robo and the cyberdarks, as well as Cyber Laser Dragon. you do need Polymerization or even better: Power Bond.
