Laser Cutting Laminate

Is there a cutting machine that does this?

Ok so for a project I'm making a model of something like this:

drawing and laminating the model will be easy enough but i really need to know how to cut it so its like in the photo with no crazy edges or messups. You get the picture. So is there a cutting machine that will cut the borders of my drawing to exact specifications? Is it like a laser cutter?Where can I go to use it??? Thanks

From the picture, a little bit difficult to provide best option.
What is the scale?
If total width <= 1.2m I would go as follow:
- 3D autocad drawing of the circuit
- laser cut the track as one piece of any material that fit [balsa, acrylic, plywood]
- laser cut individual vertical supports to follow the elevation of each part of the track
- bond all the part togethers and to a base with laser cut holes to slot in the vertical supports at the exact locations
- glue actual teal/rail tracks on top of the tracks
