Laser Cutting Dust

My computer won't read any disks. Any help?

Whenever I insert a CD or DVD into my computer's disk drive, it doesn't seem to recognize it. I hear the whirring sound that a computer normally makes with a CD, except the sound is heavier and a little slower. It'll cut off, and start again a few seconds later. No icon of the disk appears on the desktop, nothing pops up, and the disk does not automatically eject. I use a eMac 10.4.11, if that's any help

My idea is that the laser reader has dust on it, but I can't get a look at it, since it's inside the computer.

Cutting Rigid Metals Using Waterjet Technology

A waterjet cutter is an instrument extremely able of cutting rigid metals or any other hard material using a forceful jet of water at relatively high speed. Sometimes water is replaced by a combination of water and some scratchy substance. This technique is frequently used in production or manufacturing of machine parts and other heavy tools.
