Laser Cutting Brass

PDI 6.01 Vs. EdGI 6.00 Ported Bull Barrel Tightbore?
Which offers more accuracy? I know the PDI is laser cut and is steel but it is 6.01mm, not ported nor is it very thick and the EdGI is 6.00mm ported, and is very thick but it is made of brass and it not being laser cut may cause deviation in size in the barrel. So which is more accurate from your personal experience and tests or which do you believe is more accurate?
They are very close in comparison. PDI is the victor but by a small margin. EdGI tested their own 6.01mm and 6.00mm barrels. Their observations showed that the extra .01mm did not effect accuracy but it just raised the fps around 30fps. The ported feature is used to stabilize the bb and theoretically make it quieter. The outer part of the EdGI barrel is 10mm. When paired up with barrel spacers you can be guaranteed that things will not be vibrating as much as they would with any other barrel (leaving better consistency). The PDI offers premium performance. But at ~150 a pop, it could be pricey. If you couldn't tell earlier, I am an EdGI owner. I got mine for $90 shipped and ported. I love my barrel. I have not once heard a complaint from an EdGI user. From trusted reviews I have seen the PDI perform slightly better in means of accuracy but I have also hear of both performing nearly the same. I was willing to sacrifice a little bit of accuracy for around 60 bucks. If you have any questions just give the guys at EdGI a call. Great service and they even ship your barrel in a fricken PVC pipe!

Laser cutting a brass case fan grill
How much is this custom tomahawk worth?
I am making a tomahawk for camping trips. It's made from a piece of 1/4" roll forged ballistic armor for a hummer. It's been laser cut to a plains Indian style blade with a 16" handle. Its constructed like a full tang knife with two oak round slabs an the sides held by 10 brass rivets. It is almost finished and only needs heat treated and powder-coated mate black. I have gotten a few people that seen it and want one but I have no idea what something like this is worth. It's high-tech and custom in every way, all the way down to the material used. I've seen some tomahawks on eBay going for $250 and they were made from a hammer. So mine has got to be better than that. (Bladesmith's comment much welcome.)
It might be a great piece of work, but I don't really think that it would go for much more of the other tomahawks. usually high quality blades are expensive for two reasons:
1: They are high quality
2: They are made by a renowned blade smith and everyone knows that his work is high quality.
If you start making these regularly and build a following for yourself you should be able to charge much more down the road, but for now I don't think you will be able to get much more that the current market price of $250.
