What is that stamped jewelry called & is there a how to website or something on it?

They are like the charms that have different sayings engraved it them...

Not sure how to explain...I'm new to the jewelry making.
They are metal-like. People sell bracelet and stuff at craft shows with different sayings engraved in them. I heard they use some jewelry oven???
