Where can I go to get a tungsten ring laser engraved?

I need to get a tungsten ring engraved and I know it must be laser engraved because tungsten is simply too strong for regular engraving. I have searched everywhere in the van nuys area and it's just so hard to find a place who has a laser engraver machine. I know of a fix-it jewelry place at the mall where they'd do it but the guy is charging me a 100 bucks! It's absurd, the ring only cost me about 40 bucks. I want to get it engraved inside the band and for a cheap price. I don't want to send it anywhere to get it done, leave it with anyone, just have it engraved in a jiffy.

Someone please help me!!
