I have a Gretsch Electromatic Pro Jet and I have a slight frett buzz on my open D string. How can I correct it

I bought the guitar new and I suppose it's not set up yet. Although I've been playing for 3 years I dont realy have a clue how to set a guitar up. Thanks

Could be a few causes... The frets might need to be leveled... Or, if your bridge is capable, you could try raising the height of the D-string saddle... If that guitar has an adjustable truss rod you could adjust it to add a smidge more relief (bow) to the neck (which would affect the other strings, slightly). Even modifying/replacing the nut might solve it. Or use a slightly heavier guage string (maybe?). Good luck!

What are the pros/cons of having a private plane vs. private jet?

Cost is the only reason I can see with going with a plane instead of jet. Even if you are flying short distances, if you can afford it, a jet will always get you there quicker. Another possible issue I guess could be pilots. If you yourself are a pilot and plan to do the flying alone, you would need to go with a plane or a cessna citation because other jets can not be flown single pilot.
