Not for resale?

So my boss buys food from Wal-Mart like Little Debbie snacks and chip assortment bags and brings them to our work place and sells them for two or three times there original price. I thought that it was illegal to resale items especially if it has a stamp that says Not for individual resale. So what do I do?
Plus since we are not technically a "fast food" service we never get a health inspector; but our working conditions are awful. Theres only one sink on the other side of the building and we serve all sorts of hot process foods. The hot flat grill from Wal-Mart is always on which cracks the surface and leaves telfon on all the food she demands we make on it. And everything is always dirty because some of the staff is not trained from previous food service jobs. What do I do?
I work in a small store on a school campus; yes we serve to the open public.

In the united states, any establishment that serve's any food item to the general public is require to have a food service license, and be inspected by whatever agency in your given area that inspects food service establishments (health department, dpe of enviormental services ect.). If this is place you work at does not display any form of business license or certification on the wall in public, then it is operating illegally. You have to report this to your school, and whatever govement agency (City, County, or State) that does these inspections immediately. There are severe health risks associated with what you described.

Can someone give me some ideas for a History project?

I have to construct a 3 dimensional representation of sometime between 1763 and 1775 (stamp act, boston tea party, revolutionaries, etc)

And im only allowed to use these things. (and I mean ONLY these things, not even ink or pencil to write)

wow. to me that sounds like a lot of fun. you should pick an event that you would like to demonstrate and then make a list of all the things you need to include (for example: boston tea party: tea, ocean, night-time appearance, etc.). then you should look at your list of supplies and try to think of what could model the things. (for example, spread blue eye shadow all over the ground for effect of ocean or create a stamp out of the envelope and yarn and makeup).
