Trauma Center: Second Opinion Help?

I'm on the level with the last form of GUILT, the professor's operation (I believe it's chapter 5-9.). I do well but get stuck on the part where the GUILT starts cutting the person a lot and you're in Healing Touch Mode. I have tried everything: the laser, scalpel, injecting the dark green stuff. The laser and scalpel do nothing. I try to hit the GUILT with the dark green stuff and the screen keeps saying "miss" even though I'm hitting it. So apparently that's not the way to go. Finally, I tried suturing all of the wounds and waiting to see if anything happened, and it didn't. It's completely frustrating. So, if anyone knows how to help, please do. I would greatly appreciate it.

If you've gotten to the part where the healing touch activates automatically, you have to perform a manual healing touch. This will actually stop time and allow you to hit the GUILT with the serum.

Tattoo Removal? Green and blue colours, is it possible to remove by laser?

A couple of years ago I wanted my tatt removed, it is green. They said that green and blue colours could not be removed because the laser did not affect these particular colours. Does anyone know if there has been any advance in this technology, I dont want to get it cut out for obvious reasons. It is on my lower back.
