Gold ALDEX antichóc ladies wrist watch 18K - who makes it? Which country?

It has a finely knitted gold wristband, very fine; golden dial, it's small and delicate, round dial, black arms. I saw a million Aldex businesses on Yahoo search engine - all concerning software, anti-cough drugs, recycling, community directories etc - nothing related to jewelry respectively watches. All that it's written on the watch is "ALDEX antichóc" and it's marked in two places as 18K - plus the number 750 engraved at the back and on the buckle. The letters are soooo very small. And it is real gold, I tested it - but nobody knows who makes these watches! Please help me identify it! It is an Aldex watch making firm in Italy - I e-mailed them - they said they don't make gold watches at all! I'm so very puzzled. It has a very similar logo on it like that Italian firm, a kind of triangle or rather a pyramid with equal sides.
I bought it here in Australia from a legitimate second hand business. They have no clue either but they still offered 3 months guarantee on it.

Okay, I ran into the same stumbling blocks as you, but I have 2 suggestions.

I imagine "antichoc" is some European language for "shock-proof", so you can take it from that direction, by deciphering the origin of that word.

Additionally, I went though the Italian Aldex site, which is now a more modern, daily wear sort of watchmaker-HOWEVER, it is very possible that, at some time past, they were a fine watchmaker, and did then produce gold watches. If that time was 30 or 50 or even more years ago, the history of the brand might not be imprinted on the current staf, who will simply tell you (truthfully) that Aldex of Italy doesn't produce gold watches.

The Dials $18.39 The comparison is so obvious that it has to be discussed right up front: the Dials often sound freakishly similar to their contemporaries in shaggy, shambling neo-psychedelia. the Coral, although with a greater emphasis on country-rock twang at the expense of the Liverpool band's regular nods to early ska. In fact, if anything the Dials may be even more voracious in their genre-hopping, skipping blithely from a Joe Meek style surfing-in-space instrumental introduction through a few trippy freakbeat-inspired pop songs to a cracking slice of Mekons-like punk honky tonk ("Pontius Pilate at Kmart") and an aggressive Mod-ish rocker, "Being Born," powered by a squealing organ riff. And then even that moves into another instrumental, "Where Did Our Love Go?," (not that one) that recalls those Georgie Fame-like soul instrumentals that Mick Talbot used to slip onto Style Council albums, complete with horn section. The spinning wheel of influences gets to be a bit wearying about two-thirds of the way through The Dials, so much so that even a nifty Syd Barrett pastiche like the goofily childlike "The Coracle" or a cool pedal steel-powered pop song like "Lay Down Your Heavy Load" sounds a bit like a parlor trick. The Dials are undeniably talented, and there's a handful of excellent tunes on their debut album, but the lack of focus on this lengthy, overstuffed album works against its ample charms. ~ Stewart Mason, Rovi Performers: Steve Hanshaw - Bass

About Rolex watch how can i know of what material it is made?

Somebody has gifted me Rolex watch. I want to know that how can i find that is it made of Steel or white gold? In its back it is written 18k and a number 8385 is engraved in the bracelet.In its dial it is written Rolex oyster perpetual day-date.There are 10 pyramid type diamonds in the dial and 42 white stones or diamond i dont know what they are in the outer side of the dial. So can u pls tell me the exact model and price of the watch. Thanks
