which drill bits are best to engrave into stone and polish stone for a dremel 300 ?

hi, im thinkign of gettign a dremel 300 tool, my main intention is too engrave / carve small stones, 50pence size, and then polish it up a bit.

which drill bits are recomended?

the hardest they have - diamond bit but I have done this & it takes A LOT of time and you go through A LOT of bits

Where can I get instructions online on how to engrave a Chinese stamp?

I just bought all the tools to make my own Chinese seal/chop. I was wondering if there was some Youtube video, or some website that could teach me how to actually carve out the stone, so I can make it into a stamp. (If the website is in Chinese it's okay.)

Usually the stone is ready made. The engraver only need to carve the bottom of the seal. The following YouTube videos might help:
