Engraving Scrolls

Is there anyone out there that knows a good deal about the Dead Sea Scrolls?

I've recently become fascinated by the subject and breifely mentioned in one of my books was a scroll found fully intact engraved on copper sheeting. The various texts ranged from unknown Psalms, mystical and apocalyptic texts to calendrical texts and Rabbinic-like interpretations of biblical stories. The text also mentions a "Teacher of Righteousness" that parallels the descriptions of Christ in the Bible but is dated well before the supposed time of Christ's birth. Can anyone shine more light on this scroll, or perhaps point me in a good direction for further research?

No there were pieces that went together well. From the Scrolls is the old testament-no new Scriptures-which is remarkable in itself that the Bible did survive.
There is different wording but the meaning is the same. Get the book for the museum or bookstore (be careful who wrote it)

Other writtings are more personal writtings that were seperate.

What is this weird stuff scrolling in the background of my TV?

I was watching the 1 hour Paranormal State special on A&E when I noticed this weird stuff scrolling along the whole length and width of my TV.
(I know, Paranormal State is totally unbelievable but I like Chip and it entertains me.)
It's transparent and hard to read if the screen is bright, but when it gets dark I can kind of read it. I know I saw "Wall Street Journal" and "Breaking News, DOW (rises or drops a certain number of points)."
There are also pictures.

It's just really weird. My brother turned on his TV and it was doing it too, so it's not just my TV. I also checked other channels and none of them are doing it.
Like, I said, it's not a ticker or anything. It goes across the entire length and width of my TV. It sort of looks like an engraving.
Anything I can read looks like News, though.

Is A&E purposely doing this?
Has anyone else experienced it?
WTF is the deal?
It's annoying and kind of freaking me out.

this happen to our tvs to but it only is on the tv guide channel some how its bringing in two channels at the same time but the weaker channel with is the one your not tuned on is like a ghost image
