I need a website that sell dog tags that can be engraved with any text you want. (Names, Bible Scripts, etc.) And prferable for a low price (total [with engrave] about $10-$12)

What do you mean by not a "transliteration"?

Aramaic was usually written down in the Hebrew alphabet, but these words come to us in the Greek text of Mark, who wrote

ταλιθα κουμι

A Hebraist would probably be able to give you the Hebrew alphabet rendering - but since the quotation is original in the Gospel of Mark (5:41) on this occasion the Hebrew text would be the transliteration.
