All of them -- four takes each of the bluesy "Downstairs" and "Breadwinner" and three of "Terrace Theme" -- are worth hearing, for Burrell's invention rarely flags and what fluff there is does not upset the group's swinging rapport. The outtakes, though, are grouped by title at the end of the CD in a way that might induce fatigue; you could shuffle the order with your programming controls and get a more listenable lineup that way. ~ Richard S. Do I have to openly advertise the fact that my business is a LLC? Is that where the DBA form come into play?

Well I decided to start a business and I am going to be an LLC. I have not registered the name or done anything official yet but I am wondering do I have to openly advertise the fact that my business will be a LLC? I am not going to lie or try to hide the fact its is an LLC but I dont want to clutter my web address with LLC. Also the things that I make and sell I would like to engrave my name on and leave the LLC part off. Is there any problem in doing that? Would i need to fill out a DBA form in order to do that?

Its a legal requiremnt to always show your full name, which will include LLC when you register it.

It needs to be on your website, letters sent, invoices, everything your company name is on.

Showing 'LLc' really shouldnt be the most important thing on your mind if you are about tho launch a new business.

Also if you are using your name as the business name the LLc distinguishes the difference between you and your comapany legally. You wont get sued (if you get sued) your company will get sued. As it will be its own legal entitiy.
