How can I add to this gift for my boyfriend's birthday?

Hey there , thanks for taking a look at my question . . .

I'm a high school student, and my boyfriend's birthday is pretty soon. I'm on a budget, and decided to get him something small but sentimental for his birthday. First of all, I decided to get a polished black obsidian stone and engrave some song lyrics on it with a portable hand engraver myself, so it's more personal and in my own 'writing'. Here are some pictures :

The second side is pretty plain, while the first side has almost no room left. Could you suggest something I could add to make it look less plain? Do you think this is a good idea? Also, what else do you think I could give him along with this?
