Engraved American Red

What does this French/American war metal mean? Time period?

I found a metal of my granfather's from long ago. There is no date on it. There is an American flag on one side and on the other (the right), is a French flag. Both have a hand petruding to meet in the center and they are shaking (as if in agreement). Below this, dangles yet another flag with a red trim, filled in with white, and a single blue star in the middle. On top of this metal (or pin) is the shape of a ribbon with "Over There" engraved within it. The three flags are colored but the hands and ribbon are a rusty gold or copper hue. Does anyone know what this is? And possibly, from what time period it is from? Thanks.

is this a red sox trophy or just a souvenir?

i have a golden bowl about six inches tall, ten inches in diameter with the red sox logo on front and the words "1990 american league eastern division champions" engraved on front, does anyone know what this is or suggest a way to find out.

thats sounds pretty cool, id take it too a guy who looks at collectables like this one and see what he says. that actually could be the trophy from that year, which should be worth something
