Where can I find dogtags in Quezon City/Manila?

I've been trying to find good dogtags that can be engraved in a jewelry shop or that can be custom-made. It should be Stainless steel and if possible, without the protective covering. I like dogtags plain and simple.

i dont remember the exact location because when I went to pi a year ago, for vacation my friend wnted me to buy a dogtag and my driver took me to this place where they all sell military/police stuff..its close to to the pnp place i'm not really familiar with the location but if you know where philippine national police office is located then you can find stores close to it that sells dog tag.

I want a simple ring made - a silver band with engraved custom symbols on the outside of the band. Yet when I look I can only find sites that just do custom text on bands, and sites which make expensive custom jewelry that is too complex and far too expensive for what I want. Is there anywhere that can have what I want made that isn't too expensive?
