Custom Glass Engraving
i want to make my own led circut boards.?
i want to make my own led circut boards to display my engraved glass creations. some of them are odd shaped so the circut board has to be custom made.where do i go to order the parts?
Working with LEDs is pretty easy. You need a DC power source, preferably around 3 VDC, and/or a resistor to drop the voltage and a LED. You can make arrays by using parallel arrangements of this simple circuit. This suggests your "circuit board" could be a simply drilled array of holes in any interesting material. The LEDs and resistors will be available at any electronics distributer or retailer like Radio Shack.
