Where can I get custom weapons?

I'm looking for sites for not only custom made and engraved swords,but also rifles. I've wanted to get a custom engraved sword for awhile now,and every since me and my girl friend fired her uncles guns over christmas she has really wanted a rifle or some gun that is like one.So as a gift for either just showing love,or for her birthday I'd like to get her one with her name engraved in either the butt or somewhere on the metal part of the gun. I'm particularly looking for a smaller customizal rifle that a 130lb girl can use with ease.
After getting the first answer I need to add this little detail. Where I live the closet gun smith or anyone that does this kind of work is about four hours away, and doesnt ship.

I have no clue what to get my friend.. help!!?

I have to get my friend a b-day gift by next friday and i have no clue what to get him. I like things that are customized and add a personal feeling to it. He would like a custom made lanyard but i can't find any place that make only one so i can cross that off my list. He is into cars (like most guys) he has a Ford crown vic which is his baby i would like to do something with that if possible like a shirt but again no luck. For his b-day last year i took pics of his family and pets and his car and edited them so they were all different and put them into a frame and for x-mas i got him an engraved zippo lighter. So my question is what do i get a car, knife, gun, fire loving guy thats reasonably priced yet still personal and makes him think of me when he looks at it.

I think you like this guy!! But how about a coffee mug or cup with a pic of his car on it. You can do that at Walmart for about $15.
