What is a good birthday present for a special friend?

she is going to be 13 she doesn't like makeup, movies, she is Little poor i cant waste any more then 5 bucks. she is a girl who likes to play Alot outside what else could i say???? i have a machine that you type on a computer and it engraved what i wrote on wood so... my last friend i gave her a frame and it said friends forever soo... what could i do special for her?

can you draw, if so get a picture of you two together and draw it try and put it on a plain white canvas and paint it then give her one of those wood sign's that you guys are special friends, then give her one of those big sweet packages!

Computerized Cutter, Engraver, and Miller - Name Jewelry Solution II

What type of computerized machine could be used to cut and engrave plastic/wood?

I am looking for a machine that can hook up to my computer and cut custom pieces of acrylic or wood with a thickness of maybe a half inch. It also needs to be able to engrave. Does anyone know of any such machines?
i realize theyre a type of engraver, but does anyone know specifically what kind can cut wood and acrylic around a half inch thick or more? And what software would i need?
Most engravers aren't designed to cut materials due to the worktable underneath.
