how much to install turbo?
Hi, I just bought a 94 dodge stealth r/t. I want to put a turbo into due to the fact that the dodge stealth r/t tt's are badass. I was looking around online to buy a whole turbo kit for the car and finally decided on one. its a t3/t4 turbo kit. I have no clue what a t3/t4 kit is lol is it any good? and how much should I bank on a shop charging me to install one? Im not a complete idot when it comes to cars I just am uneducated when it comes to turbos?
heres the specs on the turbo for fyi
3" Inlet Diameter, 2" Outlet Diameter, Compressor : 50 AR, Exducer : 3", Inducer: 2".
Turbine : 63 AR , Exducer: 2.2" inducer: 2.6". Max Up To 35 psi power performance output. CNC Machined flanges, T3/T4 Flange, Max Power: 350HP - 400HP
Should take a shop with all the big boy equipment/tools about 1-2 hrs to put that on so labor cost
But shops are out to make money and don't like it when you bring your own parts so call it 3-4 hours
