Benchmade Knives Engraving

Is this Benchmade balisong genuine?

I recently went to a local flea market and purchased a butterfly knife for US$25. After opening it I noticed that on one side of the blade was engraved "Benchmade U.S.A." and on the other Benchmade's logo. I'm now curious if I just got a sweet deal or if it's a very clever counterfeit. Honestly, I'm leaning towards the latter, so I'm not going to be disappointed if you agree. I'd just like to know. I've included pictures of the knife/the aforementioned engravings. Sorry about the poor quality, but I'm using a cell phone
