CNC or Mill machine shop in or REALLY close to spring?

I'm looking for a shop in or near spring 77380 that uses machines similar to a compucarve (preferably on an industrial level)...

Why...I'd like to turn a few drawings into 3-d images that can be used as molds to replicate an original art piece...hope I made sense of it, I'm still not even sure this is the type of business I need...either way if anyone can refer me to a few shops such as these or has suggestions on others better suited to my needs it'd be GREAT...THANKS in advance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i drew this a while back and just uploaded this today id like some advice i know the shadeing is off i only had a HB pencil i did what i could do

The shading on it is a good start, you could definitely go back and sharpen it up a lot more. Get a set of pencils if you need to, they usually aren't too expensive and it will help you really get the shades you need to really make it look good. The way it is now all the petals are shaded in nearly the exact same way. Try thinking about it with a light source coming in from a direction rather than straight on, it will add a lot to the picture.
