For your dad get him a watch with an engraving on the band or something else personilized. personalcreations.com has a lot of nice things. I would also get Grandma something that says grandma or has her name on it like a blanket.

What did you have engraved on your wedding flute?
Monogram, if so which one, yours and his or both together... Other ideas?
My sister got ours for us. She had our first names - what we're known as, not necessarily proper names - and the date in number format (6-2-07).
Apparently the sales reps gave her somewhat of a hard time because they felt the wedding flutes should be more "proper" with full names, date spelled out, whatever. Luckily my sister stuck to what she wanted because my husband and I aren't really the "proper" type!
If you wanted to do a monogram of some type, you could have your first initial (small), then his last initial (large), followed by his first initial (small).
